Samsung 2010 help!!! prints very light now

I did a refill on the toner and it is prints light... my son told me to wipe the roller with something because I touched it . it prints dark, or normal I should say in one spot about 1/2 inch wide just off center of the page... it has been printing like that for weeks and has not got better. Any thoughts would be great.

Have you tried running a cleaner page or two? Give that shot and see if that gets the toner flowing correctly.
