Samsung 22" monitor's touch capacitive buttons going crazy

Hey everyone, it's been about two years since I got my monitor and it hasn't been working properly since about a month now. The issue has become very frequent now.

Whenever I switch my PC on, the monitor randomly opens its menu and starts scrolling and selecting options. There's no way to stop it but to wait and hope that it stops soon (which it does). The longest this has happened for is a minute. I couldn't find any posts about this on the internet. Also, when I reset my settings, the scrolling starts again. Thanks!

UPDATE: I contact Samsung support. They asked me to reset the monitor. It worked for me. It could be a temporary solution, but it still worked. Thanks!

Try turning off the touch sensors in the monitor's settings.

I contacted Samsung. They asked me to reset it. It has worked for now. Thanks!
