Samsung 28inch 4k monitor is only displaying 30hz. Need to change it to 60Hz 1080p.

I just tried the nvidia settings and was able to set it at 60hz but Windows says it's now at 59Hz. Aslo I had to mess around with the resolution settings.
Is this the best DPI for this resolution?Resolution@ 200%

Make sure that you have set 60Hz instead of 59Hz in that control panel. And for the 4K resolution that is the max you can reach. (3840 x 2160 pixels).

To check it in a proper way... go ahead and do this
Open the "Run" and type "dxdiag" in the search box, then press Enter.
you will find the display information under the display tab.

dxdiag display is showing 3840x2160 32bit 60Hz. So I guess I'm good then.

Thank you. Is it possible to go to higher Hz? Does it matter if it can?
