Samsung 2955dw error

samsung 2955dw only prints in the duplex area and not the top after a paper jam - paper has been removed but it will not print out the top only the rear (duplex area) - tried a factory reset did not fixed paper cleared but error continues

You may have paper stuck in the drum.
