I have a Samsung 305T 30" (2560x1600) and 2 20" (HP LP 2065 1600x1200, Viewsonic VP2030B 1600x1200) monitors.
My plan is to create 4960x1600 Eyefinity/nvidia surround.

My monitors are connected via:
Samsung 305T 30" (2560x1600) Duallink DVI
HP LP 2065 1600x1200 Displayport-HDMI-HDMI-singlelink DVI
Viewsonic VP2030B 1600x1200 singleling DVI

The Samsung 305T only have 2 type of resulotion 1280x800 in single link or 2560x1600 in duallink mode.

Whenever I try to create the Eyefinity setup the Samsung 305T switch to singlelink mode.

My question is:
Will it work with the GTX1070 and its just an AMD driver issue or I need something like a Displayport to Dual link DVI cable/ custom program?

My current setup:
Mobo: EVGA Z97 Stinger ITX
CPU: Intel i7 4790k delid 4,7GHZ+Noctua NH-D14+NB eLoop B14 PS+ PL-PS
Ram: Vulcan gold 2400mhz 2x8gb
SSD: Samsung 850 500GB+ LiteON 512GB SSD |
PSU: Corsair TX750 mod+ NB PK-PS
Case: Raijintek Metis mod+3xNB PL-PS

GPU: MSI R9 290x

EVGA GTX 1070 FTW on its way.

Thank you!

update:
The comments I'm seeing indicate NVidia doesn't support mixed resolutions. Maybe they do, or maybe it's coming soon I don't know but that's what I've found so far.

I see, well luckily the height lines up. It won't work well if your current monitors aren't the same height though.

Apparently you do NOT need the same resolution either. I was at the AMD site and it appeared you did but the FAQ page is a bit confusing.

Anyway, since the GTX1070 is on its way it's probably a moot point soon.
