I have already told you what is wrong with it. It cannot be "fixed" by just adjusting the colour settings. THe Display output is what is broken. The glass panel is fine. What you need to understand is that there is two layers usually to Tv's/Monitors. One is the glass screen which protects the display screen. The display screen is what is broken. You could have a crack down the glass screen and still have a functioning display screen. However that is not the case with this the display is completely broken. Probably needs either a new display screen or internal hardware. All I’m asking, since you sound like you know a thing or two, and if you wanted to fix it yourself, Is what do you think is wrong with it?
You just picked it up and moved it from one spot to another? or did a place to place move?No wasn’t dropped, I was in the process of moving.
No wasn’t dropped, I was in the processing of moving though when it happened.DId you drop it?
Well to be honest, I got the monitor for free off Facebook marketplace. Original owner was in the moving process and apparently didn’t safely secure it while moving so it might of been bouncing around. But she said it wasn’t dropped or anything. You just picked it up and moved it from one spot to another? or did a place to place move?
Oh no it definitely got dropped, hence why you got it for free. Its broken. nothing you can do.Well to be honest, I got the monitor for free off Facebook marketplace. There doesn't need to be. The Panel and the Screen are two different things. By the looks of it the internal display screen was damaged. That monitor is worth a lot of money. why would someone give it away for free if it still worked? Come on man. There is nothing you can do. It probably was going to cost the person more than they were willing to pay to get it fixed. There is no crack in the screen or anything.
They never looked into getting it fixed. There doesn't need to be. The Panel and the Screen are two different things. By the looks of it the internal display screen was damaged. Well I am telling you that the internal display is broken, hence the lines and colour fade like that. The screen doesnt need to be broken in order for that internal display to break. They never looked into getting it fixed.
They also said the screen didn’t work. They never looked into getting it fixed.
