In the site its at the top of good input lag and the tv is fantastic but when i connect my laptop to it i have mega slowly and lagging image and its like horrible is it there anything i can do about it? The laptop is Acer V5-591G the specs are pretty good and i connect it to the TV with HDMI cable.

4k will put more load on the laptops graphics if gaming, that is expected as 4k is extreme.

From what you're saying 1080p isn't as bad right? So its a performance lag rather than an image fault?

To check Hz if this is even an issue is found in Windows resolution / monitor adapter. Can also adjust Hz in the graphics card software.

What laptop is it? If this is a performance issue then perhaps the laptop specs isn't upto the task of which you're trying to do.
Lagging image as in visuals appear sluggish on screen? Are you running the Tv in 4k? Have you checked Hz is set correctly in Windows monitor adapter? If Hz hasn't been set yet and is left on 30Hz or lower that can cause poorer image motion.

Input lag is when there's a slight delay between your input actions such as keyboard and mouse movement to what you see on screen. Usually game mode options in the tv when enabled can help reduce latency but the image should still be smooth.

I tryed game mode but it doesnt do it better i didnt checked the Hz but when i connect the laptop the resolution is 1920x1080 like on my laptop not 4k on the 4k is extreme lag so what steps are u saying me to try to fix it ?

But what are you doing? Playing games?

It's late here, im off.

Check your power plans, in Windows and Nvidia and set to performance if you're not getting enough performance in games if that's what you're doing with it. Having the laptop plugged to mains power will also help. Using laptop on only battery if set to conserve power wont use full potential.

Other things to check are temperatures. Using Real temp or Hwinfo to monitor temps, close to 100c the processor will throttle.
