Samsung 7 galaxy active file extraction?

I'm trying to help someone with there broken galaxy 7 active phone. I'm just trying to get there pictures off of it. But the screen is black and unresponsive and no computers will reconize it when plugged in and when it does it does not show up and I get an error. Side sync is installed but I will need to open the app and get a pin. Which I can't with no screen. Any ideas?

Replace the screen, only way. Assuming these pictures are on internal memory and not an SD card or have not been saved to cloud storage.

I dont think its the digitizer it probably a loose connection in the phone

Your probably right. I think the screen is completely fine, and there's a loose cable somewhere. It will be replaced, but all the files will be lost. Thankfully there was barely anything on there.
