Samsung 830 low benchmark question

Im wondering if the more space used, the slower your ssd gets? I got my ssd about 3 days ago, and loaded it with data. Just wondering why the benchmarks are lower than advertised. If there is anyway to improve the performance?

Here are my benchmarks

Sequential Read : 488.391 MB/s
Sequential Write : 314.133 MB/s
Random Read 512KB : 343.939 MB/s
Random Write 512KB : 304.336 MB/s
Random Read 4KB (QD=1) : 23.479 MB/s [ 5732.3 IOPS]
Random Write 4KB (QD=1) : 87.651 MB/s [ 21399.1 IOPS]
Random Read 4KB (QD=32) : 309.436 MB/s [ 75545.8 IOPS]
Random Write 4KB (QD=32) : 114.878 MB/s [ 28046.3 IOPS]

Test : 1000 MB [C: 67.1% (79.9/119.1 GB)] (x5)
Date : 2012/08/10 23:45:30
OS : Windows 7 [6.1 Build 7600] (x64)

Btw im using z77a-gd55 mobo with 3570k cpu if that helps

You'll never hit that 520/320. 488/314 isn't that much slower.

how vendors test there drives is they use the ssd atao software with all zero or one test. you dont want the program to use compressed data as it make the ssd look like it slower then it is. (system has to uncompressed the data and then read it.).
