The Samsung 830 solid state drive is an older model from a few years ago that was replaced by the 840 series. The 840 series was replaced by the 850 series. There are a few vendors who might still have a few 830 models in stock. They are all good drives.
I normally recommend Samsung solid state drives. Intel, Crucial, and SanDisk are also worth considering.
