For a new build I am planning on using an SSD as a boot drive (plus maybe a game) and was wondering which of these would be best. They are both about the same price but the Samsung has about twice as much storage. While this may seem like an obvious winner, I was wondering if the OCZ is a better drive for whatever reason. Any insight is appreciated and feel free to make any other suggestions for an SSD.

Correct. :)

A 120GB SSD (any model) will have more NAND chips in it than a 64GB SSD, which equates to better performance, and it will maintain its advertised Read/Write speeds longer.

So better performance and twice the capacity is a no-brainer. :)
