Hi guys,
Last year I bought Samsung 840 EVO 120GB SSD. It was working fine until yesterday. My computer started showing me random BSOD. It's usually when i try to open a YT video, play a video, open a file. I cannot see any performance lose. Samsung Magician reports that the SSD is good. Also, I updated my firmware to the latest, but it didn't change anything. First I got 0x00000005 fault code, but today it showed me 0x000000050 (PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA) six times. After BSOD Windows is loading long, and sometimes it just freezes after loading the Windows. Should I RMA it?
P.S. I ran memtest86+ and RAM is fine, also i ran prime 95 for 2 hours and it cannot identify a problem.

UPDATE:
Today, I've tried to reinstall windows. When i format it and click next it says "windows cannot be installed on this drive. See log files for more information". I've also tried to format it with Hirens Boot CD, but no luck. I've tried EVERYTHING, but it still cannot install. Should I RMA it?
