Is this SSD dying? What this (red) error means? Should i buy new SSD?

Since is this is a Samsung, I would recommend checking it with Samsung Magician. Use the manufacturer's tools for most accurate interpretation of the data.

HD Tune and CrystalDiskInfor are just tools that try to interpret SMART data. They can show false positives.
