Hello, again I've created a new thread about an SSD :)

Which one? Will I notice the speed difference? And is the evo worth the extra £20?

Also I found a quote online from the the Linus Tech Tips forum

- 'It's more important to have an SSD rather than worry about which SSD.'

Do you agree with this?

Thanks.

Samsung and crucial are both are very reliable companies and along with intel, are the big three in the consumer ssd world that offer the best overall warranty reliability and performance. in synthetics you would see a difference, but your never going to feel the difference. just get whatever is cheaper.

I'm thinking the same thing, that £20 could buy me a new game! I think that maybe more important than milliseconds off my boot time and opening a file, hmm.
