Samsung 840 EVO 500GB low random read (IOPS)

I am attaching samsung magician benchmark. My random read is quite low. I though it to be somewhere in the region of 94000 but mine are extremely . What is the reason for this low random read and what is the solution?

Dont benchmark the drive you booted from would be my first guess.

the system drive also has system chores to do as well. You cant expect to get a decent benchmark from a drive that is in use doing other things.
If you think its not being used, bring up resource monitor and go the the Disk tab and see.
