Samsung 840 evo and rapid mode

Hello i have 240GB samsung 840 Evo ssd. The problem is that i can not enable rapid mode in samsung magician. I have the latest samsung magician. When i click enable rapid mode it says rapid mode enable failure.... I also tried to reinstall the samsung magician. How can i fix this ?

1) you need to have windows 7 or 8
2) your SSD has to be formated in NTFS
3) you need at least 2gb of ram

if you don't meet those conditions you can't start rapid.

I meet all of those conditions.... And i dont know why i cant enable rapid mode. Any advice??? anyone ??

rapid is a windows service. the only thing that could stop this from being enabled is an antivirus program, a virus, or you're not an "admin" on that windows install.

try installing it with your antivirus turned off.

if that doesn't work do a virus check on your system using malwarebytes, adwcleaner and roguekiller. if your system is clean, make sure you have proper admin access

if everything is good then i'd reboot your pc. uninstall the samsung magician and reinstall it. i had a sorta similar issue with turning rapid off (I couldn't). i had to uninstall the samsung magician and reinstall it to fix that issue.
