Samsung 840 EVO - S.M.A.R.T. ECC Error Rate is it failing?

Hi guys, I opened up my Samsung Magician today and noticed in S.M.A.R.T. that I had two Fails.

Is this something I can shrug off?
I ran disk check in windows and it said nothing is wrong.

Any advice? It's been less than 3 years for my warranty.

That doesn't mean anything except that the Windows file system is OK, it doesn't check the drive itself like SMART or diagnostic software does. Windows Error Checker (or check disk) only checks for bad sectors and file system errors. In no way is it a hard drive test.

Back up your data to another drive or optical discs, then RMA the SSD.

I've sent an email out to Samsung about it. Just waiting for a response.

In the meantime, how come when scanning the drive with a 3rd party S.M.A.R.T utility it says everything is OK on all parameters? I ran the test using this tool:
