Samsung 840 PRO 30 second to boot

Set-up

CPU: i5 3450
RAM: G Kill Sniper 8gb 1600
Mobo: Gigabite z77 u3h
GPU: 550ti 2gb
SSD: Samsung 840 PRO 128gb
HHS: seagate momentus750gb

Fresh install of windows 7 in AHCI mode
Ran Samsung's magician software for maximum reliability.
Installed Intel's RST.

From when I hit power button it takes 27 seconds till windows is ready to use.

In my boot priorities I have Windows Boot manager >Samsung > Seagate

I have my SSD and HHD on 6gps SATA 3 ports running to my Intel sata 3 ports.

I've seen people with sub 10 seconds boot time.
Please help?

I only had the SSD connecting while installing windows

On startup I have

Skype
AVG
Samsung Rapid mode
Rainmeter (low profile)
Launchy (low profile)
Intel usb 3.0 monitor
Delayed Launcher (Intel)

I believe my systerm reserve was turned off due to Samsung Magician tweaks

Rapid Start (Intel) is enabled in BIOS

And your "System Reserved" exists. It has to. Which drive? Only you can see.

In dish management I see there is a 100 mb EFI system partition on the SSD

is that the system reserve?
