Samsung 840 Pro HELP! Windows 8 will not install on new build

I have just completed my first PC build and have begun installing windows 8 to the new samsung 840 pro 256gb. I try to do a clean install and i get the message "Setup was unable to use existing partition because the system volume does not contain the required free space." And the the drive says Drive 0 Unallocated Space 238.4 238.4, so the drive is completely empty, please help.

Tell Windows setup to create a partition on the drive (via the New button below the list of volumes and partitions). It should be able to create it by itself and format the volume simply by clicking Next, but I've seen it have trouble with certain drives and certain controllers.

I tried that and it gave me an error message.
