Samsung 850 EVO 250gb Speed issue

Just installed a new 850 evo and ran crystal disk mark.
I've noticed i have lower read/write speeds at 4k tests than online reviews. I asked a friend who has same SSD to run same test and his results are +- like in review.

I even installed Samsung magician and set the ssd to maximum performance....but didn't made any difference.
We both use the ssd as boot device.
I didn't made a clean install, i used samsung migration software to clone the old ssds (2xkingstone v300 120 gb raid 0)

What are the rest of your system's specs and what were the sequential benchmark scores?

Asus maximus V gene
I5 3570k @4.5
Corsair Dominator Plarinum 1600 cl 8
windows 10
sequential scores were 500+
only the 4k scores were low

i discovered that after cloning the clusters weren't properly aligned. i realigned them and now the 4kq32t1 write speeds went from 89 to 250. The rest of the readings didnt changed. still lover than others but better than befofe

i have a same problem read speed around 400 and write 260 i have samsung evo 850 500gb
i has turn on ahci too and reninstall windows 7
