samsung 850 evo in raid 0 vs pro

So im thinking about upgrading my pc with ssd, should i buy 256 GB pro or 2 120 GB evos and use raid 0? Or is it better to just buy 250 GB evo? Thanks

Edit: 2 120 evos and 256 pro have the same price
