Samsung 850 Evo V-Nand and 3D V-Nand

Hello, I am planning on purchasing a samsung 850 evo of 500gb. Is there a difference between the one that says v-nand and 3D V-Nand?

i just got my samsung 850 evo 2 days ago and was not able to fully test it cause of installing the unit without power cable.

i got new cable today and i can tell u i am running
i7 6700k
16gb ram

and my desktop is all full of folders and icons
have heavy duty video editing apps installed + games along with start up apps , now my windows boots in 10 seconds prio to hitting the power button on pc.

samsung is very good and currently testing it today as i am speaking its good stuff very fast
