So I heard about the samsung magician that gave my friend 4000mb/s write speed...
This feels to good to be true? or is it actually 4000mb/s? 10 times faster loading screens in games etc?

Solution
None of its true.
What happened is magician turned on Rapid mode which uses the systems Ram to cache the drive. So all this great speed isn't really coming from the ssd. Its from the system ram.

To get Rapid to cache a game, the game would need to be loaded a couple times to make it into the cache. Not many people want to load a game, close it up and then relaunch it just to see how fast it will launch from RAPID. LoL

Rapid is also not very useful in the game because that data hasn't been cached yet either.

I got 16gb of ram (at most I use like 7-8 of it.. so having this rapid mode on at all times would benefit me in the long run?
If I open the same game like 5 times a day for 2 months etc etc it would load faster? Or would having it on.. would lower performance in the game because of the cache?
