Samsung 850 pro driver update failed

like a jackass i updated the firmware for the 850 pro and the drive failed. i can't access the drive and i can't see it on the BIOS screen. i read that you can flash the ssd if you use an iso but i have no freaking idea how to go about it. i got the old working drivers in an *enc* format. and i was wondering if anyone know how to flash the old drivers. if all of this fails is it possible to save the files and data on the device? if i can't see it in bios can i save the files? sorry for the stupid questions. my only option right now is to RMA. please help. thank you.

I downloaded the ISO last week.

Looked in my downloads list. this is the zip folder link for the iso:

http://www.samsung.com/global/business/semiconductor/minisite/SSD/downloads/software/Samsung_SSD_850_PRO_EXM02B6Q.zip

Just clicked on it and it redownloaded the zip folder. So all they did was remove the link address from the website, but if you have the direct link, you can still download the ISO.
