Samsung 850 Pro SATA III ports?

I have a ASUS P8Z68-V LX, it has 4 sata 3gb/s ports and 2 sata 6gb/s ports, what port should i use when i get my samsung 850? i already have a SATA 3.0, 6Gb/s cable.

Use the white 6 GB/s ports for fast devices like SSDs. The slower blue 3 GB/s ports for slow devices like HDDs and optical drives. (Actually if you only have one SSD and one HDD, use the white ports for both. Usually the 6 GB/s ports are Intel while the 3 GB/s ports are Marvell, and the Intel hardware tends to perform better even on slower tasks.)
