Question Samsung 860 Evo 1tb Not Booting

So today I tried to install my SSD. I installed it onto my Chasis and I booted up my pc. It didn't show up in my file explorer and I quickly fixed that. After I looked at a video to see what else I need to do to set it up. The first step was to make it a boot drive. I prioritized it on the BBS and changed boot 1 to the SSD and boot 2 to my Hard Drive. It did not boot. Need Help Pls.
