I've checked sata and power cable they looks fine.
Should I be worried or there is any way to fix this?
Thanks.

Have you overclocked the system?
Nope, everything is stock.
I've installed 860 evo on my dell laptop running intel cpu and ultra ata crc error are not increasing anymore and the feature of the ssd are working on that laptop here is a benchmark test result with rapid mode on from laptop

I did change power cable and SATA cable and slot on my desktop but still the same those ata crc error increase whenever I write or do a benchmark. But with those same cable and power cable, my HDDs are working fine with no ultra ata crc error.
