Question Samsung 860 EVO "unknown" in Samsung Magician ?

Samsung Magician says this 860 is unknown. SMART test in HDTune is fine, When I went into the UEFI, it was a bit weird - I didn't see this, my boot drive, in the screen that enables SMART, etc. Obviously it is in the boot order (right after the BD drive). Info I dug up shows it as SATA II. This is NOT NVMe, it is in a 'drive slot' the same way my larger HDD is. I checked, no SCSI setup, just AHCI. When I first installed this a few years ago, Magician understood it. No, I've not been messing around with the UEFI. The mobo has multiple SATA connections, this should be on a fast one. For the most part, only thing on the SSD is the system drive.

BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time?

Some of your sata ports(blue) are controlled by Marvell 9120.
Have you installed the relevant marvell drivers?
Try one of the grey ports.

I have heard of fake 860 devices sold on amazon. Could you have one?
