Greetings,,

Which drive is more suitable for "System" and "Software use CAD, graphics etc..."?

Samsung QVO 870 (1tb) cost 80$. {1GB LPDDR4 DRAM}
and
Crucial MX500 (500gb) cost 60$. {512MB DDR3 DRAM}
and
Crucial MX500 (1tb) cost 90$. {1GB DDR3 DRAM}

Does LPDDR4 and DDR3 "DRAM" affect performance?

QVO 870 and MX500 are practically identically, beside Samsung is a bit cheaper and has different type of DRAM.
or em i wrong?

As i checked, Samsung EVO and QVO series use SAME LPDDR4 ram.

DDR3, DDR4 you can't care less about those. Even DDR2 DRAM would be much faster than the fastest NAND in the world thus won't affect the speed in meaningful way especially for SATA drives..

What matters is that the QVO drives use QLC NAND. Slower and low in longevity.

Bestbuy is selling Samsung 870 EVO 1GB for 109.99 right now. I would grab that. Totally worth the extra 20 bucks.
The only SATA drive you can buy that uses modern 128 layer TLC NAND chips.

Perf wise I doubt you will see much of a diff.
Check the warranty on each unit.
