Samsung 950 Pro M.2 RAID 0?

If one was to RAID 0, 2 Samsung 950 Pro M.2 500GB what would the results be?

I've search it up, but not found any numbers to the actually potential read/write speeds.

There you go, a great thread, in-depth about the Pro 950 performance, also available in RAID 0 (note pro950x2 means raid on the benchmarks if you don't want to read the whole part, but I suggest you do, ESPECIALLY the conclusion, I won't tell you what to do, would be best if you made that decision for yourself).

I haven't personally seen this question before but Raid 0 tends to double the read and write speeds due the data being split over the two storage devices. You'll be looking at about 3500 on the read and about 2000 on the write so pretty damn quick if you ask me!

A very interesting read.

While giving what looks like 1.5x speed in reads, gains 2x in writes!

What puts it down is the latency in random reads.. Oh well it's still 4x faster than my current normal SSD so fair play to Samsung.
