Samsung 950 Pro Worth the Upgrade?

Hi Guys!

My Laptop currently has an OEM Toshiba SSD as the boot drive, I have somewhat of spare money to purchase the 256GB Samsung 950 Pro ( My Laptop supports Pci-e ssds )

Would it really be worth the 200 bucks or will the real world performance be negligible. Thanks guys!

I have an HDD as the storage drive so please tell me if saving up for a 1 tb ssd would be better

so u do have a ssd for the boot so yeah better to wait so u can get a 1 tb one....
