My sm951 wont reach the full write speeds or read speeds. I get like 1578 read speed and 1271 write speed. I have a MSI X99s gaming 7, 2x 980ti, one WD HDD, 16gb G skill rip jaws ram and a 5820k with a noctuah nh-d15, and a asus dvd drive. Why am I not getting full speeds? I updated my Bios to the newest version. the sm951 is my boot drive.

I have a samsung 951 256gb M.2 and it is not reaching its full potential. 1500 read speed, and a 1270 write speed. It is suppose to go to 2150 read speed and 1500 write speed. I have a MSI X99S gaming 7 and im using the M.2 slot. I have windows 10 64 bit. Please someone help
