samsung 960 evo light up?

Samsung 960 evo, and the part where it says evo is in red. well I never noticed until now bbut the part that says EVO is lighting up in a flashing red light and I can't figure out why, the temp isn't even all that high. is it supposed to do that, because I've never seen it before.

it wasn't the drive that was lighting up, it was actually my lighting strips in the case were set to glow blue and pink, and everytime the pink strip went by, it would glow the "evo" part red, and I really thought it was the drive, but it was not, and I made a mistake assuming it was the drive
