when installing a video game on my pc, screen went black twice, then went back to normal right away. whats going on? I heard this was not a problem.

ya maybe, and yes its a GeForce gtx 1060 card...... I'm running a asus maximus 8 hero board paired with a i5 7600k cpu overclocked to 4.8ghz I think the cpu voltage was to low. cause after a while I finally got blue screened then a system restart lol. so I raised the voltage from 1.18v to 1.21v then I ran a stress test for 10 min and it passed. really weird.
