If you boot from a WIn10 installation USB flash media, exit to command prompt, run diskpart, is the drive listed in 'list disk'? (As it is not showing in BIOS, this would seem doubtful, but, can't hurt to try to at least reclaim the storage even if data is not easily salvageable...)
And, can't hurt to reflash the mainboard's BIOS as a fresh attempt to recognizing the M.2...
