Hi ppl
I did an windows update and after restart my Samsung 960 m.2 stop working.
Windows was installed on it and it won't boot.
Can't find the m.2 in gigabyte z390 auros master bios.
Is it burned?

Solution
If you boot from a WIn10 installation USB flash media, exit to command prompt, run diskpart, is the drive listed in 'list disk'? (As it is not showing in BIOS, this would seem doubtful, but, can't hurt to try to at least reclaim the storage even if data is not easily salvageable...)

And, can't hurt to reflash the mainboard's BIOS as a fresh attempt to recognizing the M.2...

If there is critical data on your NVME drive (or priceless photos, etc.,), worth $300 or more to you, I'd consult with:

Sorry for your troubles! :(
