Samsung 970 EVO compatability with Z170 motherboard

I was hoping someone could help me.

I'm planning on buying the 970 evo, but i can't seem to find if it is compatible with my motherboard.

I have the asus z170 motherboard, Not the pro gaming version.

Would've been helpful to post the exact model of the board.

Anyways, seems like all the Asus Z170 motherboards have M.2 slots with PCIe x4 interface, so the 970 evo will be compatible with all of them.
