Question Samsung 970 Evo not recognized

So I recently bought a Samsung 970 Evo 250gb as referred in the title and my problem is it's not recognized. When I go into "This PC" I can't find the 970 Evo like any other drive even though the motherboard in the bios shows it + if I go to "Devices" it also pops up as connected and installed, what can I do to access it, and if I doesn't show there, if I go to install Windows there, will it show up then?

To answer your question, since it sounds like you do not have any Windows installed on your PC, Win10 will show the drive, it has the driver built in. Win7 will need you to load the driver as part of the install process.
