Question Samsung 980 / BSOD

Hey, ever since I purchased a new Samsung 980 PRO 2TB M.2 SSD I've been dealing with blue screens of death when running a program from that drive. It doesn't happen every time, but when I download a program/exe or whatever, I sometimes put it on the 980 pro. Sometimes it works & i can run them, but most of the times I run it, get a BSOD and have to move it to another drive. What could be the cause of this?
