Samsung announced a new low-end Chromebook in its lineup, the Chromebook 3, which is expected to arrive early this year with a dual-core Intel Celeron chip, an 11.6" 1366x768 display, 16 GB of storage, and a choice between 2 GB and 4 GB of RAM.
