What are the benefits of Samsung B die RAM on am4 platform?

Supposedly better compatibility with high memory clock speeds. I believe most of the BIOS updates out there have pretty much taken care of that.

I ordered these F4-3200C14D-16GTZ and AB350 Gaming 3 Gigabyte mobo.But i cant see that memory on my mobo qvl..

Those are Samsung B-Die.

I have the CL16 version, mine are Hynix and run fine at 3200mhz, however they also equip my RAM with Samsung E-Die, just a pick which ones you get, and those are having problems meeting thier XMP speeds.
