Samsung b die ram?

F4-3200C16D-16GVKB someone recommended this ram as great working 3200mhz on ryzen 1600 with gigabyte x370 board... it is like 50-60 cheaper than silly Flare X (ryzen specific marketing crap)

I am getting 1600x want 3200 ram read samsung b die best... is this particular Ripjaw V series samsung b die? seems to be similar to other model #'s on my list but specifically can only find 3600 not 3200...
