When I first got my monitor I had set it to the 144hz mode but recently I noticed that when playing modern warfare that the refresh rate in game was locked to 60. I had checked the display setting and sure enough its only options for the monitor now are 59 & 60hz. I have installed the most recent driver update but to no fix. Wonding if anyone can find a solution to this?

Are you using HDMI or DP cable? HDMI1 port is only version 1.4 and it supports only 60Hz, you need HDMI2 port which is version 2.0b.

hey i have the same monitor, i just bought a 20euro hdmi 2.1 cable and plugged it in the hdmi 2 port, it still wont register the 144hz option at the nvidia controll panel or at the windows advanced monitor settings. I also updated the drivers. Nothing worked
