i have a samsung amp prime 3. i tried to unlock this phone. im not a pro at cellphones. i need help unlocking this phone from cricket to straight talk.

A lot of the time you can phone up whoever your service provider is and they can unlock it over the phone for a small fee. I remember doing that years ago with one of my phones.

This was already answered in your other post, contact cricket support. You said they told you after 6 months of service they can do that.

Also the phone branding will not change if you move to another service, what is on the phone will stay on the phone.

If you want no ads or branding, get a stock Android device, plenty of companies sell them. Honor has some decent phones, the new Google Pixel 3a is a good value.
