Question Samsung Chromebook to Asus monitor is blurry ?

Hello,

I just want a simple set up. I have a Samsung Chromebook Plus XE521QAB and an Asus VG238 monitor. I just want to display my laptop on the monitor for working at home.

I got an Anker USB-C to HDMI adapter and an Amazon basics CL3 4k/60hz hdmi cable.

When all is set up, the screen is slightly pixelated and blurry. I have the monitor set to native resolution and when I go into to display settings i have the resolution set to highest 1920x1080.

Any tips to make screen crystal clear?

Is the chromebook's resolution set to it's highest ? What is the chromebook's refresh rate along with the monitors?
