I have a 55" smart TV UN55H7150AF which connected to internet first 2 months we had it fine, then started to drop off. I could reset router and sometimes unplugging tv would work. Tv menu controls are slow to react, sometimes locks up. Now I can't connect wireless or wired. All other devices in house connect fine, the Ethernet connection is at over 55000 mps.
Samsung support has been a joke, having me check software updates, router rest etc. factory reset on TV and never calling back.
I am still under warranty and get no help.
Any ideas?

It sounds like a hardware problem, is there anyway you can return/ exchange the TV?

Also try this.

- Unplug the TV from the outlet
- If you have the small cursor button on back of the TV, press it once, and then again. This time hold it in for about 10 seconds
- Leave it unplugged for at least 10 mins and then plug it all back in. Give it a few mins to do it's thing and that should fix the app issues! (well at least it did for me)
