Samsung E2220 vertical banding

Hi,

A while ago I've changed my lcd with a Samsumg e2220. I've noticed some faint vertical lines, more visible when moving a desaturated gray area from side to side. After searching the web, I've found out that this issue is called vertical banding.

Even though in my case it's not that visible, is it a normal (common) problem among lcd's ?

Are you running the monitor at native resolution? I have seen this problem on LCDs when not running at the native resolution.

Yes, it's at native resolution
