Samsung EVO 750GB and 1TB in Raid 0

Can I use a Samsung 750GB and 1TB in raid 0. I have a hero VII mobo. How can I set that up?

Raid configs should use the same memory amount, if it were to work it would use the lowest available space in your case 750gb

That's fine. I don't mind using just 750GB. I try to use the raid option in the Bios but it keeps trying to Raid my HHD as well

Create the raid setup first and then install you other hdd and you should be good.
