I've researched and seen that the Samsung Evo 850 is definitely quicker. My specs are:
GTX 1060
i5 4460
16gb of ram
1 TB

So I definitely want an SSD. My question is it worth the extra $30 for the Samsung evo? Or is it now? I'm your average gamer. I love playing Arma, Fallout, Batman, etc.

Real world I doubt you would notice a big difference, either way will be a huge upgrade from a standard HDD. It all really depends on where you place your value, speed/reliability/etc or saving that extra $30 for bills/other.

Personally for me the warranty specs are enough for $30 price difference, you get what you pay for is always relevant. I started with Samsungs and will never look back so I may be biased. On another note OEM's like Dell use Samsung as their choice for SSD (from what I see). At some point you have to make an educated choice based upon your budget, I could recommend a Samsung Pro but it may not be feasible. Even I stick with the Evo's for what I do, constant backups and that slight speed edge keeps me happy with these drives. You may find some Kingston users very happy with those drives, it's all about perspective.

avoid that kingston , its IOPS write is only 25K the samsung is 88k !!! its 25k VS 88K in writing !!!

Well of course Samsung is better by a good amount, but my question is with boot time and as well as loading screens for games. How big is the performance difference? Will it be by a few seconds?

the main difference is in writing . in reading are the same
