Samsung Evo 850 "confused"

Hello guys, i really really want to know how this is possible.... this is before the "RAPID mode" with samsung utility "rapid mode OFF"

HOW can be even possible to reach 4GB/s with that mode on a Samsung EVO 850? I also got in another test, 6GB/s, someone can help me to figure it out?

RAPID mode is a memory cache. You are effectively just reading memory bandwidth...

So the only bad thing that could happen, is a loss of data due to an unexpected power failure? Is it worth to keep that active? I do have an UPS
