Samsung Evo 850 problem with read and write speed

Hello any can help me please
i trying this in 2 days now has reninstall windows 7 ulti
my read speed its around 400 and write just 260 mb
i have turn on AHCI on Bion and port sata 3 like u see the screenshoots i make

Hey there, Tontella2016.

Try a different SATA port and different cables to see if you'll get the same results. Try it with another computer as well, if possible.
Test the drive for errors with SSD diagnostic tool. Try updating or resetting your BIOS/UEFI, to see if it fixes things up. Check if there's an available firmware update for that SSD model.
If nothing seems to help, perhaps getting in touch with the SSD manufacturer's customer support for further advice might be the best option.
